Decision to grant a European patent pursuant to Article 97(1) EPC
Following examination of European patent application No. 18725905.6 a European patent with the title and the supporting documents indicated in the communication pursuant to Rule 71(3) EPC (EPO Form 2004C) or in the information (EPO Form 2004W, cf. Notice from the EPO dated 8 June 2015, OJ EPO 2015, A52) dated 22.02.22 is hereby granted in respect of the designated Contracting States.
This concludes a five-year journey towards getting the patent granted. Oscar Propulsion has been supported by JA Kemp throughout the whole period.
Concurrent applications were filed with the US and Chinese patent authorities and we await the verdicts.
